Tips for navigating
You can use two tools to travel from one Web page to another:

Hyperlinks:
Hyperlinks, also called links, are images or text that are embedded in a Web page which make it possible for you to jump from one piece of information to a related document or site by clicking on it. Text links often appear in blue and are underlined. Another way to recognize links is by moving your cursor to the link on the screen. When you move your mouse over a link, the cursor changes to a pointing hand.

Browser Buttons:
Look up at the browser tool bar. The tool bar is the line of buttons at the top of the browser window. You will probably see two buttons on the top; one will say something like “Back.” The other button should say something like “Forward.” You can
click on the Back button to go to the page you were just visiting. Once you've gone
back, you can click Forward to get to the next page.

Browser Error Messages

What to do if you see "No answer," "Timed out," "Too busy"?
The server you are trying to access may be too busy or temporarily down. If this happens to you, try again by clicking reload after a couple of minutes.

What does "Error 404, Page/File not found" mean?
There are many reasons that this message might appear. It may be that the link no longer exists, the URL (Uniform Resource Locator) address has been changed or is simply not valid. Check the following and try entering your URL again:
