| General Information | Students in Radio Station will learn all of the
functions of a radio station, as well as how to operate and maintain a
radio station. Students over the next year will play a major role in
building and shaping the Stevenson Radio Station. The Radio Station is
full of leadership opportunities and gives you the experience needed to
enter broadcasting as a profession. Live from 6:30 - 8:00 am and 3:45 - 9:30 pm on school days. |

| Eligibility Requirements | Genuine interest in learning about all aspects of a working radio station. Successful completion of Radio Broadcasting I, an eight-hour class offered after school at Stevenson over a four week period. | |
| Joining Procedure | Contact
Mr. Enright or Mr. Carlson or a WAES-FM student officer in the radio
station (Wood Commons-West building). Prospective members must
attend a WAES-FM Rules and Regulations Seminar, a studio
equipment training session, and successfully pass a test. |

| Time Commitment | Members
musts be available to staff/attend a minimum of one 90 minutes air
shift/scheduled program segment per week either before or after school. |
