| General Information | The Jazz Bands perform at various concerts,
contests, school functions, and community events throughout the year. Instrumentation follows traditional big band scoring. |

| Eligibility Requirements | Proficiency in music reading and performing on an appropriate instrument. | |

| Joining Procedure | Auditions are held the first full week of school. See Mr. Slepak by 3rd day of school. | |

| Time Commitment | 4 hours per week. Performances may occur evenings or weekends. | |
